Beachfront villa with pool

Samaluni is a beachfront villa with a swimming pool, surrounded by a 4500-square-meter garden that embraces a private beach. An exclusive holiday in complete relaxation surrounded only by nature. Carefully furnished and decorated, built to always face the sea protected from the strong Mistral wind. Authorization: iun.gov.it/P1050 The space The house consists of a living room (dining area and relaxation-TV area), a full and equipped kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (max 8 beds). Large outdoor living room facing the beach with barbecue, dining area and relaxation. All accessories are present (including wi-fi). In the sleeping area, there is air conditioning and mosquito nets. A few steps and you will be on the beach, in the whirlpool-spa area (optional) or in the new saltwater beachfront pool. Guest access Excluding the small area of the annex, access is allowed throughout the property. Other things to note - Reservations are for a minimum of one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Where possible, we will try to be as flexible as possible. - Linen for the stay is provided upon arrival. The change is weekly - The price includes 20 cubic meters of water and 70 kWh of energy per week. - The final cleaning (mandatory) has a cost of €200 and is not included in the price. It must be paid upon arrival -Additional services (jacuzzi, personal chef, cleaning during the stay, etc.) are extras to be booked. They are only payable on-site. - A €1000 cash deposit is required at check-in. It is refunded at check-out if there is no damage. - Discounts apply only for bookings made well in advance (certainly by 12/31); for long stays; last minute (two weeks in advance). - Tourist taxes are provided at check-out by the Municipality of residence.
