Idyllically located on a small stream, high-quality, traditional and equipped with a lot of love for detail, you can experience an unforgettable holiday with family or friends in this noble farmhouse from 1728. The clear mountain air in spring and the scent of the meadows in summer invite you to hike and dream. This farmhouse at the foot of the Kaiser Mountains is one of the places where you can feel the connection with the original power of nature. You will enjoy it! The space Old wood, brick walls, stone floors and tiled stoves from yesteryear. Our charming farmhouse has 5 spacious double bedrooms, 2 of which are equipped with a rustic corner bench and a table, as well as another bedroom with a lawn integrated in the bay window, which invites you to linger with a fantastic view of the Kaiser and the Antonius Chapel. This lawn can also be used as a crib. All bedrooms have box spring beds, smart TV and Wi-Fi, here you can retreat in peace. The farmhouse welcomes you with a spacious garden and a sunny terrace, which you can reach via the private parking lot with space for 3-4 cars. On the ground floor you will find a spacious hall with wardrobe and access to the sports cellar. On this level you will also find 3 bedrooms and the rustic kitchen, which has been preserved and restored as much as possible in its original condition. The old kitchen is adjoined by a wine cellar with a large old wooden table and vaulted ceilings, where you can enjoy exquisite wines and wind down from the day. There is also 1 bathroom and a guest toilet on this level. Upstairs you will find the modern equipped kitchen with 4 ceramic hobs, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as the necessary kitchen utensils. The spacious hallway, equipped with a "divan" typical of farmhouses and a piano, leads to the two other bedrooms and the living room. The parlor is equipped with a spacious lawn and a dining table with a corner bench. For entertainment in the group, a smart TV and a PlayStation 4 are available. On this floor there is also a bathroom & toilet, as well as a make-up & washbasin in both rooms en suite. On the back of the building you will find another highlight of our jewel. A small stream crosses the property, which has been built over with a lawn and invites you to cool off in it or just enjoy the day in the sun chair and barbecue in the group. Since June 2021, we have a large natural pool with a swimming lane of 12 meters as well as a charming sauna for even more relaxation in our farmhouse. Guest access You basically have the whole house at your disposal, only the barn and the attic are not made accessible. Other things to note Please note that the door frames are low and the stairs are steep. Furthermore, we ask you to never leave your children unattended, as we cannot accept any liability for injuries and damage.
