Cozy apartment on the outskirts of Oestrich-Winkel, located between the Rhine and Taunus. The approx. 50 sqm apartment, located in the basement of a two-family house and only completed in 2021, has a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with dining table, large corner couch and satellite TV, a bedroom with 180 cm wide double bed that can be separated by a curtain and a bathroom with a spacious shower. An outdoor seating area is also provided. Car parking space and bicycle garage are included. Other things to note The municipality of Oestrich-Winkel is a state-recognized tourist location and therefore charges a tourist tax of €2 per person/night (children up to 18 years are free). This is already included in the final price displayed and will be paid by us to the municipality.
