The spacious open plan living and dining area has a wood burner fireplace. The kitchen is modern & fully equipped with dishwasher, Espresso Coffee Machine, 6 burner gas hob & electric oven. There is an outdoor dining table and small Weber BBQ. All three bedrooms have their own bathroom ensuite, (shower, toilet & vanity) and eco panel heater. French doors lead onto an elevated small deck area, with steps and formed pathways that leads to the BBQ, outdoor setting and to the secluded outdoor bath surrounded by beautifully tended gardens. The property has a Whole House Filtration system which provides pharmaceutical grade water for 99% contaminant free water. 100% natural cleaning products are used. An HRV ventilation system helps keep clean air for allergy sufferers and the health conscious. Recycling is encouraged and a bin is provided for food scraps which goes into the worm farm and compost bin for the organic 'vege' garden and fruit trees. The home also is a Smart Metre Free zone where the Smart Metre is situated well away from the dwelling. Other things to note There are 3 other single room dwellings on the property. As situated on 3/4 acre block, your privacy will not be encroached on if these are also rented out at the time of your stay.
