Separate toilet. Electricity is extra (€0.18/kW consumed). Guests must bring linens and bath/toilet towels. The space The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people as there are only two bedrooms. The sofa is not convertible and no extra bed can be added to the cottage. Guests must bring linens and bath/toilet towels. Guest access Guests can access the entire property. The vehicle will be parked in the outdoor parking space. Parking in the garage is for the owner's use, not for guests. Other things to note The cleaning of the house must be done at the time of departure by the guests. In case of non-compliance, the owner charges an additional €60 for cleaning fees when guests depart. Guests must bring linens and bath/toilet towels. Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. only. Check-out is between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. A security deposit of €300 is required upon guests' arrival. Electricity is extra (€0.18/kW consumed).
