The villa have 7 ensuite bedrooms in a variety of rental configurations, including an indoor heated swimming pool, and fitness and spa facilities. Relax and enjoy the sumptuous and artful, yet very comfortable living areas and bedrooms providing uninterrupted views of Lake Lucerne and its surrounding mountain ranges. The space Villa Ysara is located on a quiet street overlooking lake Lucerne and the mountains, and it is composed of 4 floors. The bottom floor features the indoor heated swimming pool, the sauna, and the fitness area. On the second floor are four on suite bedrooms with kitchenettes. The third floor contains the living room and kitchen, and the master bedroom. Finally, the fourth floor contains two additional bedrooms and overlooks the magnificent living room and one of the dining areas on the third floor. The villa is built with the following rental configuration in mind. The third and fourth floor are rented out only together in a 3-bedroom configuration. The 4 bedrooms with kitchenettes on the second floor can be rented out together or separately, without access to the third and fourth floor. All tenants have access to the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness areas on the first floor Guest access Guests have the exclusive use of the whole property during their stay. Other things to note Registered guests cannot exceed the number of guests provided at the time of booking. If upon check-in there will be extra additional guest/s, there will additional charge as per published rate.
