Spend your money on the good stuff: the moped rentals, the dinners out, the horseback rides! And boy, are we close to sorts of fun. Dogs are also welcome with an additional per dog, per night fee. Now that’s not to say you shouldn't stay somewhere nice. The Pacific Surf Condos are clean, comfortable, right off the main beach access and close to the main drag. You’ll quickly feel right at home, so you can spend less time fussing inside and more time out and about! The Pacific Surf Condos are located directly on the dunes, which means all you have to do is walk through the towering pine trees to reach the mighty Pacific Ocean. Stroll for miles, watch flocks of birds, play tag with the waves, collect shells or build a campfire at night beneath the stars. While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards. We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking. We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise. MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. If dogs are allowed, they must be approved in advance, with a quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
