Experience a time in Zirmoisel when you won't hear any civilization sounds. The sound of the trees and the nature sounds will slow you down! Discover pipe-covered Katen, brick churches, crafts, handicrafts, markets, cultural offerings and much more in the vicinity. A horse farm in the neighborhood offers hiking tours and marked hiking trails lead you through lonely nature. Shopping facilities for everyday needs are nearby - in Gingst (7 km) and Bergen (14 km) and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. There is also a swimming possibility very close, at the municipality beach of Rappin in the Banzelvitzer Bergen about 5 min./5 km away. Ideal for children, as the water in the Bodden is very shallow and significantly warmer than in the Baltic Sea. The large beaches of Schaabe and Prora are about 30 minutes away by car.
