On the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen, which leads directly into the living room. At the spacious kitchen table you can have your breakfast and plan your day. In the living area you will find a cozy couch and a TV. Here you can simply switch off after an eventful day. Here you will find books and games. There are a total of three bedrooms upstairs, which can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 5 adults). In our large and cozy beds you can recharge your batteries for the next day. The largest room contains a double bed 2 m x 2 m, a wardrobe, two bedside tables with lamp and a baby bed. The front bedroom has a bed of 1.2 m x 2 m, a large wardrobe with dresser and a bedside table. In another room you will find a bed of 1.4 m x 2 m, two dressers and a bedside table with light. On the upper floor you will find the light-flooded bathroom. Equipped with a large, walk-in shower. A towel heater is provided. The cabinets offer you enough storage space for your utensils. A washing machine is ready for you. There is another toilet on the ground floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with underfloor heating and daylight windows. Our cozy, comfortable apartment is nestled in a three-sided courtyard. It is in a prime location with immediate proximity to the Saaler outdoor pool and a small stream. Just a 2-minute walk away is a bakery and a pharmacy. Other shopping options as well as a train station are right on site. Saal has good transport links in terms of public transport as well as proximity to the A93 highway. Some cycle paths pass directly beside Saal (e.g. 5-river cycle path). Saal train station is about 900 m from the apartment.
