Apartment (90 sqm) with 3 bedrooms The space The rustic entrance area to the apartment is fully covered. Equipped with a seating area, you can spend cozy evenings here. On the ground floor is the well-equipped kitchen, which merges directly into the living room. At the spacious kitchen table you can have breakfast and plan your day. In the living area you will find a cozy couch as well as a tv. Here you can simply switch off after an eventful day. Here you will find books and games. In total there are three bedrooms on the upper floor, which can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 5 adults). In our large and cozy beds you can recharge for the next day. The exposed roof chair radiates warmth and coziness. Spacious cabinets offer enough space for your luggage. The windows have screens, so you can sleep undisturbed. The largest room contains a double bed of 2mx2m, a closet, two nightstands with lamp and a crib. The front bedroom has a bed of 1.2mx2m, a large closet with dresser and a nightstand. In another room you will find a bed with 1.4mx2m, two dressers and a nightstand with light. On the upper floor you will find the light-flooded bathroom. Equipped with a large, walk-in shower. A towel heater is available. The cabinets offer you enough storage space for your utensils. A washing machine is ready for you. There is another toilet on the ground floor. Both sanitary rooms feature underfloor heating and daylight windows. Our cozy, comfortable apartment is nestled in a three-way courtyard. It is located in a prime location with immediate proximity to the Saaler outdoor swimming pool and a small stream. Only 2 minutes walk away is a bakery and a pharmacy. Other shopping options as well as a station are available directly on site. Saal has good transport connections as far as public transport is concerned as well as the proximity to the A93 motorway. Some bike paths pass directly past the hall (e.g. 5- rivers cycle path). The Saal train station is about 900 m away from the apartment.
