It is a gated village with a clubhouse. It can accommodate up to 13 guests. The space This house has complete amenities plus more. It has a smart big screen TV with WIFI. Guest can use the house phone make local phone calls if they want to order from fast foods. For entertainment, There’s a new Platinum karaoke system (already included) with a Bluetooth sound bar for the singers in the family, another portable Bluetooth speaker, Netflix, Vudu & YouTube access, DVD, plus table games, puzzles & best selling books. The Kitchen is complete with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker, oven, coffee maker, stainless steel pots & pans, plates & utensils. It has a big front patio with a "dirty kitchen" or a place to cook outdoors with electrical outlets. A dinning set is at the patio for dining. There’s a complimentary bottled water, coffee & tea. A nice balcony opens to the rooms upstairs. All 3 bedrooms are with A/C. The masters bedroom has a hairdryer, iron, iron stand & blankets. The bathrooms has hot & cold showers & bidet. Clean linen are provided with fresh towels. There is a $20 (P1000) deposit fee for accidental damages & loss which is refundable on check out. The house accommodates up to 13 people.
