New kitchen (14 m²) fitted and equipped (MO, oven, LV), opens to the living room Large 40 m² living room with long table that can accommodate 15 people The house is equipped with a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi 40 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchair. The garage is private but can be made available on request (to shelter bicycles for example).
