Comfortable and Cozy!!! Due to its central location in the village, there may be moments of some noise from vehicles and/or establishments nearby. The accommodation is located in the center of the village of Porto da Cruz, in a 3-story building. The accommodation is located on the highest floor of the building, with independent access from other parts of the building. On the ground floor, there is a bar without a terrace. The middle floor, between the bar and the accommodation, is purposely unoccupied, in order to create a barrier to any noise. The building has no interior connection between the floors. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the accommodation. Other things to note Under Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID (e.g. passport, identity card). A Municipal Tourist Tax of €2.00 per person per night is due, up to a limit of 7 nights. The Municipal Tourism Tax is waived for children under 13 years of age. The Municipal Tourism Tax is charged by opening a case in the Airbnb Resolution Center. The Municipal Tourism Tax is a legal obligation and reverts entirely to the Portuguese State, being one of its revenues. Check-in must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Scheduling with less than 48 hours will be subject to the availability of our team. Check-in has a 60-minute tolerance of the scheduled time. After the 60-minute tolerance, guests will be subject to check-in rescheduling. Rescheduling the check-in has an additional cost of €25 (unless the reason is not attributed to the guest). Bed linen and towels are provided in all accommodations. A crib and high chair can be installed upon request. Intermediate cleaning is at extra cost and is carried out on a weekly basis or another agreed-upon frequency. Intermediate cleaning includes changing bed linens, towels and consumables. For Hygiene and Food Safety reasons, food items are only left at the guest's request, at an extra cost. The establishment is for the exclusive use of registered guests, and the entry and stay of any persons other than registered guests is prohibited. We appreciate our guests adopting civil behavior during their stay, the prudent use of utensils, equipment installed in the establishment, as well as the building of the establishment, avoiding changing the arrangement of the furniture/equipment provided.
