Apartment Teufelsbauer with balcony (Rimbach)

In a very quiet and sunny secluded location and a little remote from the Rimbach district "Madersdorf" is our modern and new apartment "Teufelsbauer" with its own infrared cabin for 2 people (+ 2 children) at 640 meters above sea level at the foot of the Hohe Bogen. The space The new apartment "Teufelsbauer" offers 65 square meters of space for up to 4 people (2 children in the extra bed). The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (2mx2m), a large closet with built-in safe and a sitting area (there are two extra beds available for children). The daylight bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower, a washing machine incl. Washing powder, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, shower and hand towels, soap and 2 bathrobes. The spacious kitchen-living room (with balcony) is fully equipped with an oven, induction stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (usable without filter bags), Senseo Pad machine, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, tea and coffee pods and various kitchen utensils (dish towels, rags, soap, dishwasher tapes, garbage bags, paper towels, baking paper, salt, pepper, daily fresh eggs from the house chickens). A spacious dining area is at your disposal. In the light-flooded living area there is a pull-out couch, a flat-screen TV, a tablet with Amazon Music access, a music station, an electric dartboard, board games, books, acupressure mat, foot massage roller, an infrared heat cabin and a vacuum cleaner robot. The balcony, for private use, offers an unmistakable view of nature and is equipped with a seating area and an electric ball grill. The spacious garden with sauna and hot tub invites you to relax. On request, various baby /child equipment is possible: baby travel bed, extra bed, bed rail, high chair, changing mat for the washing machine, toilet seat, step heightening for the sink, crawling blanket with mobile, children's play corner. On the 3rd floor, you can enjoy a magnificent view of nature. Our apartment (65 square meters) is the ideal vacation home for families, hikers, ski tourers, peace seekers and an optimal starting point for excursions in the Upper Bavarian Forest. Well-known hiking trails, such as Goldsteig, mountain bike trails or the cross-country trail are right outside the front door. The ski slope is a 15-minute drive away. The spacious garden with seasonal pool, barbecue, trampoline, tree house, swings, slide, sauna and hot tub invites you to relax and play.
