Welcome to our 2019 lovingly newly furnished apartment on the 1st floor! A fully equipped kitchen with dining area (incl. Dishwasher and microwave), a cozy living room with smart TV, two bright bedrooms (double bed and two single beds) as well as a bathroom with tub and separate shower. A travel cot is available on request. The space Soak up the sun on the covered south-facing balcony or use the garden with barbecue facilities. Free Wi-Fi, parking spaces right by the hotel and a bicycle garage complete the offer. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. Thanks to the central location, you can reach the bakery and supermarkets in just 5 minutes by foot, while the FrankenTherme is about 15 minutes away by foot. It is located on the 2nd floor of our residential building on the quiet outskirts of Bad Königshofen in Grabfeld. The charming spa town on the Franconian Saale is picturesquely situated between the Rhön and Thuringian Forest nature parks and the Haßberge foothills. Despite the quiet location, you can easily reach numerous health-promoting and cultural offerings within a short distance. For everyday needs, the bakery and supermarkets are just a 5-minute walk away, and the well-known FrankenTherme with its healing water lake is about a 20-minute walk away. Cultural highlights such as the Stadtpfarrkirche Mariä Himmelfahrt, the historic town hall, the "Die Schranne" Archaeology Museum, the Königshofen Fortress, and the Stadtsaal with a cinema and mini-golf course are also within a 15-minute walk. Excursions in the area – for example, to the pilgrimage church in Ipthausen or to the Sambachshof fairy-tale forest – are taken care of.
