Vacation apartment (85 m²) with 2 bedrooms and balcony The space The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our residential building and was newly furnished in 2019 with a lot of love for detail. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped: dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer compartment. Dishes and cutlery as well as all other necessary utensils for preparing food are also provided. There are two bright bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds), a large living room (with 43-inch smart TV) and a covered south balcony that invites you to linger. The bathroom is equipped with a tub and a separate shower. A washer and dryer can be used for a fee. A travel bed up to 15 kilos is available and can be delivered. WiFi available. Barbecuing with garden use is possible; a bicycle garage is available. Parking spaces are right by the house. The Frankentherme is about 15 minutes' walk.
