The entire estate is private. Less than 10 minutes of the historical centre of Sarlat, between the river Dordogne and the river Vézère, this house offers comfort and quietness. The thick walls keep the coolness inside during the hot summer days and the heated swimming pool makes bathing enjoyable. The space The entire estate is private (for the exclusive use of holidaymakers). The house is cool in summer (air-conditioned bedrooms) and located in a very quiet area. The pool is in the sun all day and 2 parasols provide shade. The pool is open and heated from late April to late September. Guest access The entire house is open (exclusive use). Other things to note From 2024, breakfast (€15/person and €8/child) and dinner (€25/person and €12/child) will be prepared by a in-home chef. Meals will be served in a dining room or on the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The rent includes following charges: water, heating, electricity with the exception of recharging an electric vehicle (extra charge of €0.25/kWh), Wi-Fi fast internet access. The price includes €50 per stay for furniture hire.
