My sleek and stylish condo is steps away from the CN Tower, Scotia Bank Arena (formerly known as the Air Canada Centre), Rogers Centre, Ripley's Aquarium, Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Union Station and so much more! The space I stay here when my place is not rented out, so please treat it with the same respect you would your own home. *Location* My space is located on the 16th floor, which allows you to maintain your healthy lifestyle without breaking a sweat if you decide to take the stairs (don't worry, there are elevators too!). *Views from the 6ix* My unit faces the CN Tower with no obstruction, providing a beautiful and breathtaking view. *Parking* One parking spot is available, upon request. Please notify me ahead of time if you require parking so I can arrange instructions and key fob drop off. There is NO guest/additional parking available. However, paid parking is available nearby. *Kitchen* The kitchen features sleek built-in appliances, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided), full sets of dinnerware, coffee, tea, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, cooking utensils, and cooking basics such as cooking oil, spices, salt and pepper. With a full size grocery store right across the street, everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or a gourmet meal will be at your fingertips. *Other Amenities* - 55" LG TV - Electric BBQ - Bell High-Speed Internet - Bell Alt TV, Netflix, Crave & Amazon TV - Alarm clock & cell phone chargers - LG Tablet ***Please note, while there is a pool, gym and other amenities, Airbnb guests are not permitted access to these amenities and any host that offers these amenities as part of their rental are in violation of condominium rules. Guest access Full condominium Other things to note Occupants’ names, ID and vehicle information must be provided at least 24 hours before check-in. If this information is not provided, your reservation may be cancelled without a refund. You are required to check-in with the front desk upon arrival. Do not ask the concierge for anything. If you require anything at all, contact me. The building/condominium board has strict rules for unregistered guests. Any guests with unregistered key fobs will have their fobs deactivated and the primary guest will lose their security deposit. Violation of house rules will result in either a partial or full loss of the security deposit ($1,000). You may also be asked to leave without any refund. Any key, fob or remote that is not returned during checkout will be charged back to the guest at $125 per item. This will be deducted from the $1,000 security deposit.
