In the entrance area, the historic stone floor has been preserved. The eat-in kitchen sleeps 4 people and is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as dishes and pots. With the quaint and rustic wood-burning stove, it is possible to additionally heat and enjoy a romantic, cozy warmth, or to cook on it like grandmother did back then. Of course, there is a fridge with freezer at your disposal. The living room is furnished with original furniture from the Gründerzeit period. A sofa and flat-screen TV with satelliteconnection, DVD player and a small selection of DVD movies let you spend cozy evenings. You are welcome to browse our antiquarian collection. In the spacious bathroom with toilet there is a shower with low entry and a washing machine. You will find a bath towel and a hand towel at your disposal per person. On the 1st floor with a magnificent view, you will find a cozy area that invites you to read, relax or play. Here you will find a small selection of current information material on excursions in the surrounding area. Also something to browse and toys for the children. In our small chamber you have a storage space for your luggage, a rolling wardrobe for your clothes and a safe. The spacious bedroom with exposed timber is equipped with a country house double bed. There is also a cozy couch on which up to 2 people can sleep. A small terrace and a brick barbecue in the garden ensure relaxed evenings... In the middle of nature and yet centrally located is Ebershausen in the Swabian district of Günzburg, nestled on the western edge of the Haselbach valley. Our vacation home is beautifully quiet on the outskirts in a street without through traffic. Slow down your everyday life and spend beautiful, relaxing days in our nostalgic vacation home. It was built around 1860 and lovingly renovated by us. A cozy and stylish ambience awaits you on 2 floors, each approx. 38 sqm. This includes a private garage, parking in front and a fenced garden. A small terrace and a brick barbecue in the garden ensure relaxed evenings... Whether recreation, sports or family vacation, there are no limits in our region. A visit to Legoland Germany near Günzburg, hiking, swimming, sailing on the Oberrieder Weiher. Would you rather bike or take a motorcycle tour? A well-developed network of cycle paths and the nearby Allgäu are suitable for every requirement.
