In the entrance area, the historic stone floor was preserved. The kitchen-living room offers space for 4 people and is equipped with an oven with ceramic hob, filter coffee machine, kettle and toaster ,as well as dishes and pots. With the quaint and rustic wood-burning stove, it is possible to heat in addition and enjoy a romantic, cozy warmth, or how the grandmother cooks on it at that time. Of course, a fridge with freezer is available to you. The sitting room is furnished with original furniture from the Gründerzeit. A sofa and flat screen TV with sat.- Connection, DVD player and a small selection of DVD films let you spend cozy evenings. You are welcome to browse our antiquarian fund. In the spacious bathroom with toilet there is a shower with low entrance and washing machine. Per person you will find a shower towel and a towel at your disposal. On the 1st floor with a magnificent view you will find a cozy area that invites you to read, relax or play. Here you will find a small selection of current info material for excursions in the area. Also something to browse and toys for the children. In our small room you have a storage space for your luggage, a roller wardrobe for your clothes and a safe. The spacious bedroom with exposed truss is equipped with a country house double bed. There is also a cozy couch on which up to 2 people can sleep in addition. In the middle of nature and yet centrally located, Ebershausen is located in the Swabian district of Günzburg, nestled on the western edge of the Haselbachtal. Our vacation home is beautifully quiet on the outskirts in a street without through traffic. Slow down your everyday life and spend beautiful, relaxing days in our nostalgic vacation home. It was built about 1860 and lovingly renovated by us on our own. You can expect a cozy and stylish ambience on 2 levels, each with about 38 square meters. This includes a private garage, parking in front of it and a fenced garden. A small terrace and a brick barbecue in the garden provide relaxed evenings.... Whether recreation, sports or family holidays, there are no limits in our region. A visit to Legoland Germany near Günzburg, hiking, swimming, sailing on the Oberrieder Weiher. Prefer cycling or a motorbike tour? A well-developed cycle path network and the nearby Allgäu are suitable for every requirement.
