Modern and functional construction, cared for to create an atmosphere that is as welcoming as possible in a quiet and relaxed environment, as close to the beaches as the city. The space The house consists of four double and two single rooms, all with bathroom, heating and TV, distributed over three floors: Downstairs you will find the kitchen, the dining room and the main living room On the first floor, in addition to the library, there are three rooms: Illa de Ons, Illa de De San Simón and Illas Cíes. On the second floor we have two special bedrooms: Illa de Arousa e Illa da Toxa, which has more than forty square meters, with a jacuzzi in the bathroom of the latter. Guest access The living-dining room has a large fireplace, dining room with capacity for 16 people and the kitchen has everything you need for the preparation of breakfasts, meals and dinners. In addition, various services are offered for your distraction with several stays; the library with fireplace, the board game room, even an outdoor area to play ping pong. The garden surrounds the house with trees giving shade to the BBQ and outdoor stone table, perfect for spring and summer, together with an adjacent construction for long tabletop evenings.
