This room on the 2nd floor of the B&B is South facing and is equipped with a Dbl and 1 twin bed in the Adjacent Alcove. The ensuite bathroom is equipped with a special walk-in tub with hand held shower. The rate includes our renowned country breakfast including Bacon & eggs, and fresh muffins. We are happy to cater to guests with special food requirements, please advise in advance of your stay. The space This South facing room is very large with a 10 foot ceiling. There is a partial wall between the double and the twin bed affording a level of privacy, even though the spaces open up onto each other. The room is well equipped with a desk and good Wifi is available throughout the B&B. For Larger groups of guests, an adjacent 2nd bedroom can also be booked. This additional room can accommodate guests in a Queen and a twin bed. Please see our listings for Rm 1 the Blue Room. Guest access There is a spacious guest sitting room equipped with a TV, shared by the 2 guest rooms. The covered outdoor deck is available for your use in warmer weather. Other things to note We serve a Hot Breakfast each morning featuring Bacon & Eggs specially prepared as you like, with freshly baked muffins.
