The popular local café, The Top Shop, is literally around the corner offering delicious coffee and meals. The brief walk to Clarkes Beach includes a charming pathway through a beautiful reserve section. The cottage boasts 3 generous bedrooms, including a master suite with built-in wardrobe, ensuite, and air conditioning. Accommodating up to 6 guests, you'll enjoy a king bed in master bedroom, with 2 queens in each of the other 2 bedrooms. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Separate from the sleeping quarters, relax in the air-conditioned living area where you can unwind with drinks among friends or enjoy a film on the large comfortable lounge suite. The spacious lounge room can be closed off from the main living area, allowing for multiple activities simultaneously. The expansive kitchen and dining space embraces the outdoors with walls of windows overlooking lush tropical gardens and entertainment areas.
