At Les Gîtes du Moulin – Le Charmant is a 90 m² three-bedroom house adjoining the owner's property, located on a private, gated estate (with electric gate) with parking. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a central island, and a private terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the Lèze Valley. Wi-Fi, TV in both bedrooms, air-conditioned living room, BBQ, swimming pool shared with the owner and other guests (gîte and guest rooms) The space The Gite du Moulin is located 20 minutes from Toulouse, 10 minutes from Muret and Auterive, in the heart of the countryside village of Lagardelle sur Lèze, with its view of the Lèze Valley. There are many diverse and varied activities nearby such as access to the 8x4 swimming pool in the boulodrome property. A high-quality private spa is located in a separate room at the cottage, accessible by booking the time slot and additional fee. Tennis and city in the village, several restaurants nearby (local cuisine, Reunion, Italian, Portuguese) walks or bike rides from the cottage or the Domaine de Brioude Muret (10 km), dozens of km of trails for hiking or mountain biking in the forest of Eaunes 5 km from the cottage, an equestrian center 4 km (Beaumont sur Léze) or 10 km from the Domaine de Brioude, canoe kayak 5 km (Le Vernet), the Canal du Midi 25 minutes, 1 hour from the city of Carcassonne, 1 hour 20 minutes from the ski resorts, 1 hour 30 minutes from the sea, discover the Pyrenees, Lourdes, the Pas de la Case, Andorra, the caves of Niaux... Guest access The entire 90 m2 accommodation. Other things to note In order to accommodate you, I need to know your approximate arrival time. I have a disabled little girl that I have to have someone watch while you're there. Please give me this information so I can get organized. Thank you for understanding!!! Think about your bed linens and towels, they are not provided. It's an option. On the other hand, if you wish, you have the option to have them for an additional fee to be paid upon arrival. The spa is not included in the rental rate of the gite and it is not unlimited. Access is by reservation of the time slot either 1 hour or 2 hours and a supplement. The price is 15 euros/person/hour. Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to access it. We also offer extras such as a bottle of champagne or 1/2 bottle of wine to enjoy at the Spa, to be booked 24 hours in advance and at an additional cost. Night access is also possible by reservation and at a different rate. Bathrobes are available free of charge.
