The house is divided into two floors, and the entrance is on the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a main room and a balcony overlooking the Douro River. Downstairs, we have the dining and game room where the fully equipped kitchen is also located. On this floor there is a third full bathroom (can serve as a support to the pool) and also access to the terrace. Guest access Entry is by keys, where an access code will be given to a small locker where the keys are located. Check-in will not be in person, however we have a caretaker who is a neighbor and can always help in case of any questions or problems. Remember that we are not a hotel, so there is no reception or anyone on the property. We will always ask for your estimated time of arrival. We are available in the chat if you have any questions. Other things to note - NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A €200 fee will be charged if traces of cigarettes are found indoors. - In case of forgetting the house keys inside the house or in the lock on the inside, a door opening fee of €100 will be charged.
