BCH is a 3 minute drive to the moon beam parking lot. You will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle because the road is snow packed. The EAGLE EXPRESS CHAIRLIFT can be skate skied to on the road in about 12 min. To walk the road with your snowboard to the chairlift takes about 15 min. It’s possible to SKI IN to the cabin directly off of Chalenger or Honey Comb Return trails when there has been enough snow pack for tight tree skiing. WORLD CLASS back country access right out the door! The road is plowed and has a hard snowpack that can be skied on! 4WD or a car with good snow tires is the best.
