The Gîte l 'Olivier is a former Ardennes farmhouse converted into a holiday home composed of 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 16 people. Right in the heart of Filly, a small village typical of the Ardenne, it is located close to the most popular destinations of the Ardenne such as the city of La Roche-en-Ardenne and Houffalize, capital of mountain biking. This house is adjoining the owner's house but the entrance, parking and garden are completely private . Enjoy a quiet stay. The space This rural cottage, a former Ardennes farmhouse, welcomes you in the middle of Filly, an authentic Ardennes village. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (3 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor) and can accommodate 16 people. There are two cribs, 2 baby chairs and a changing table. This gite is great for families. Almost all bedrooms have private bathrooms, making it easy to live in groups. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a seating area with open fire and TV. A ping pong table is at your disposal. There is also a bathroom with shower, bath, toilet, washing machine and dryer. The gite has a garden and private parking. You can enjoy the exteriors even in rainy weather with the covered annex. An electric car charging station is installed next to the cottage. The cottage is rented including charges, with cleaning and bed linen mandatory. Please note that you must bring your own bath towels. This cottage is located in a typical Ardennes village with a rural character: Filly. The tranquility of the village and the surrounding area is important to us, so we do not accept loud parties and prefer family and friendly groups to enjoy a quiet holiday.
