Venezia Luxury Living also provides guests with a private transfer bus to and from the sea or Venezia Resort. There, our guests can enjoy the water slides of Venezia Resort Hotel Water Park, refresh and spend happy, fun times while also using the rest of the hotel's amenities. Once it's time for relaxation, they can make use of their private pool or whirlpool as they prepare for the nightlife in Faliraki and the rest of Rhodes. Venezia Luxury Living combines the luxury and privacy of a fully autonomous apartment with the benefits of an organized hotel unit. Thus, guests can also access the facilities of Venezia Resort Hotel and be immediately served by its staff for every need! Guest access The Grand Master Villa at Faliraki is located at the hills of Kalithies Village and next to Venezia Resort Hotel where check in takes place there just 50 meters from the Villa. I escort my guests at the villa after the check in. Our guests are eligible to use all the facilities for the hotel as well Other things to note Check-in takes place at the Venezia Resort Hotel, after which I personally escort my guests to the villa. Please let us know your estimated time of arrival. IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ • Do not throw paper, nappies, etc., in the toilet – please use the bin provided. • Please shower before entering the swimming pool or whirlpool. • No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. • Children must be supervised by adults at all times. • Parties are not allowed. • If you wish to organize an event, please contact us in advance. GENERAL Do not exceed the number of people specified on your booking confirmation. Be considerate of your neighbors by avoiding loud music and other noises, especially between 23:00 and 08:00. House parties are not allowed without our prior consent. The villa reserves the right to charge or request a deposit fee ranging from 300 to 1000 EURO for any damages caused. Guests are personally responsible for all damages to the property. CHILDREN Children must be under constant supervision by adults. Registration Details 1203665
