This outdoor area also has a louvre roof, giving good shade from the all day sun! On the top floor is also the master bedroom, with ensuite, the family bathroom and a great bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks. Downstairs is the third bedroom and another bathroom. The house is well equipped with Apple TV, Bose bluetooth speaker, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a busy day at the beach. Ideally located a 5 minute drive from Oneroa Village, it is also within 500 metres of 4 great beaches, and within 10 minutes drive of more beaches, a golf club, great wineries and restaurants. Empire Views is also at the foot of the Mackenzie Reserve, a 10 acre reserve with lovely walks. Note: the property is not to be used for any parties or gatherings.
