The 40 m2 house has a ground floor with a kitchen open to the living room and an upper floor with a bedroom, bathroom and storage. Guests can take advantage of the south-facing wooden terrace with a front yard, as well as a garage and an enclosed garden behind it. The house shares its entrance gate with the adjoining house. The house can accommodate up to 4 adults + 1 child (sleeps on a sofa bed) + 1 baby (baby cot provided if needed) - THE KITCHEN has induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and everything you need to cook as well as a snack table and 4 chairs. - THE LIVING ROOM has a sofa bed with "Rapido" system (simple and quick one-handed opening without removing the cushions), 3 nesting tables and a TV. You will access the floor via a staircase - THE BEDROOM includes a 140*190 bed with new quality bedding. There is the possibility of having a 5th bed for a child on a heater and it is also possible to provide a baby crib. (Specify if needed) - THE BATHROOM includes a shower with cabinet and storage as well as a toilet (hair dryer included) - A washing machine is also available. - THE TERRACE will allow you to relax peacefully in the sun with table and chairs as well as 2 armchairs and BBQ. - THE GARDEN, enclosed and equipped with 2 deckchairs will allow you a second relaxation area. 3 adult bikes are available free of charge.
