Steading cottage is hidden away from site, in a beautiful quiet rural country location just a mile and a half from the centre of Crieff. Crieff is a market town with wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, a deli, a baker, retail shops, spa, golf, fishing, cycling, walking, hiking, mountian biking, cycling, tennis, swimming, Comrie Croft, GlenTurret Distrillery and Drummond castle gardens, all within a couple of miles. Our spacious self-catering accommodation is thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped to ensure a relaxing stay. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and very spacious living room. All on the ground floor, the inviting spacious open plan sitting/dining room boasts a cozy log burner and a charming archway leading to a delightful area with a combed ceiling, wooden floors, and French doors that open to a large patio and secure garden. A stunning large round teak root dining table seats four, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything necessary for your self-catering holiday. There is also a desk for anyone needing to plug in and work. A spacious hall way with coat hooks and seating area leads to a large walk-in shower room with a rain shower providing constant hot water, WC, and wash hand basin. Two very comfortable bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with twin zip and link and an ensuite shower room with walk in rain shower, WC, and wash hand basin. The Cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults, but is also ideal for couples seeking a romantic getaway or a small group of friends looking to create unforgettable memories together - a home away from home in the heart of the countryside, yet within easy reach of Crieff. Guest access The cottage has a large patio area with views towards Ben Chonzie. There is ample parking and a secure garden. Other things to note Crieff is a mile away - a lovely market town, with restaurants and coffee shops. There is a deli and a supermarket, an excellent fish shop, butcher and fruit and vegetable shop. We are delighted to recommend places to eat. Walking .. there is so much around, with fantastic scenery all around us. Gold courses, tennis courts, swimming pool all within half a mile. Mountain biking and fishing are popular for our guests too. Riding, water sports, and Drummond castle gardens and The Famous Grouse Distillery are close by too. Crieff is close to the geographical centre of Scotland - so it is easy to get anywhere - the highlands - the capital city - the beaches ... we are so lucky - please use Steading cottage as a base for your adventure or your relaxing holiday in Scotland.
