Guest suite in Tampa

Self Check-In - there is a Lock-Box with key. The space This is a large room 20 x 20 or 400 Sf plus the bathroom area. This was my photo studio and now all my work is Corporate location work so I've converted it for AirBnB use. There is internet and a desk along with a TV hooked up to my Amazon account for movies and such. I do not have conventional cable TV service, or net-work TV, just Amazon TV, and you can bring your own streaming device so long as it's legal. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and a small frig. Guest access You have access to everything in the photos and I check my text and voice mail fairly often if you need anything or you can call me. There is no "Shared Space" and with the lock box for the key it's possible that we may not even meet. You have a private entrance, Studio Bedroom, and private bath and Parking is in the Driveway for you. Park up close to the studio and do not block the circular driveway. Other things to note There is one step up to the front porch where the door is located. There is also a step down to the studio. Please keep the studio door shut while loading or unloading your car - this will keep the lizards and bugs outside. There is a ring video doorbell that can record motion and audio outside the front door.
