It offers a marvellous view over the lake and mountains, is quiet and sunny. The property includes a planar garden with heated swimming pool (4 x 8 m, ca. mid-April to mid-October), outside shower, lawn, an arbour with granite table and benches as well as a children's playground. By foot, you reach the village in 5-7 minutes. The lake, post office, shops and banks are within the same walking distance. The apartment with 4 beds measures approx. 55m2 and has been recently renovated. In the kitchen, you will find a big refrigerator, a cooking-range, a baking-oven/steamer, a dish washer and a coffee-machine. In the dining-livingroom there is a table with chairs, a sofa and a tile stove, TV (from Sunrise with 7 days replay function), and internet access (WiFi). This room has a balcony with a sun-blend. In the bedroom, there is a double-bed and one cot (for a third guest). The feather-beds are 160 x 210 cm. This room has a balcony with a sun-blend as well. In the bath-room, there is a shower, toilet, a wash-basin and hair-dryer. Your apartment is the apartment "Ticino". The key will be in a small safe near the door at your arrival date. You will receive the code for the safe several days before your stay.
