Jetty Beach Splendour Apartment is beautiful, freshly renovated and self contained. Overlooking breathtaking CoffsHarbour Jetty we are a few minutes walk to family-friendly beaches, cafes, Jetty Theatre & Sunday Markets. We have a desk available if you are required to work from home Welcome to our home Jetty Splendour, in one of Australia's most loved, laid back, beautiful coastal communities! If you are single requiring only a room check out Jetty Splendour Guest Room which is in our home. The space The apartment itself is totally self contained with its own private entrance. It can be rented with either one bedroom or two bedrooms. The master has a luxuriously comfortable queen size bed. The second bedroom has both a large double (uk queen) and a double bed. The spacious ensuite bathroom has dual access from both bedrooms and is lockable from the inside. A new front-loader washing machine is available for your convenience, with a covered outside drying area. The lovely lounge and well equipped kitchen area have ocean views and open onto a private covered deck in a breezy tropical setting. Breakfast is not provided daily, however upon arrival I will have bread for toast, condiments, cereal, milk, tea, cappuccino sachets, and fruit juice for your first night. Enjoy your privacy but know that I am available to chat and help as much as you need.. There are no shared areas with the main house - the apartment is fully self contained with a private deck with beautiful expansive sea views ...and overlooking our lovely tropical garden below The entrance to your apartment is down a driveway as you can see in the photo or down steps to the left of the front door. Please note there is a small step from the driveway to deck and another small step from the deck into the apartment. You have the use of the private garden with tropical outlook, the deck and our front garden . Registration Details Exempt
