Charming cottage close to Gleneagles Hotel

This is a lovely semi-detached cottage which was fully redecorated in 2018 to a high standard. Upstairs bedroom accessed by a pulldown ladder. Blackford is a lovely little village with an Inn & a village shop. It is the home of Highland Spring & Tullibardine Whisky Distillery. The world famous Gleneagles hotel is a couple of miles up the road. There is easy access to Perth, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Auchterarder, the Highlands & the Trossachs. Pets are very welcome. Licence: PK12375F The space - The comfortable living room has a comfy sofa and armchair and has French doors which open onto a patio area and look out onto a park. There is a table which seats four. - The modern kitchen is equipped with oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, cafetière & washing machine. There is everything you need in the kitchen: ground coffee for the cafetière, instant coffee, tea & sugar, washing up liquid & washing machine powder are provided. - There is a big double bedroom with walk in closet. There is full length mirror, a dressing table with hairdryer. Soft cosy robes are also provided. - Please note that the second bedroom is in the attic conversion, which is accessed by a pull down loft ladder. It is a loft conversion so has sloping ceilings. - The bathroom has a large shower and toiletries and towels are provided. - In the bedroom cupboard there is an ironing board & the iron is in the kitchen. - Dogs are very welcome in my cottage. I would just ask that they stay off the beds! - The living room has patio doors into a terrace which has a table and 4 chairs. Guest access All parts of the property are available to guests. Other things to note The upstairs room is accessed by a pull down loft ladder. This is a semi-detached building so there is the possibility of noise from my neighbours.
