Welcome to our design 2 bedrooms apartment. Enjoy the perfect central location on the bustling and famous Habima square. The flat is on the 3rd floor with elevator (please note that there are 9 stairs before the elevator and also when you exit the elevator there are also 5 stairs before the entrance door of the apartment). Up to 4 people, guests will appreciate the brightness of the living room. The terrace will allow you to enjoy long summer nights. Size: 70 m2. The space Our designers gave an airy feeling to the house by opening the fully equipped kitchen to the living room while the cosy light terracotta sofa in the living room gives a comfortable feeling of being home. Other things to note Any guest not entering the country on a B2 or B3 (Tourist) VISA will be subject by law to pay 18% VAT (this includes Israeli and dual citizens) Please note that individuals who do not enter the country on a tourist VISA are required by law to pay a 18% VAT. Keys and remotes are all to be returned upon check-out. Failure to do so, a charge of €125 will be deducted from the security deposit. No unauthorised guests are allowed in the apartment without prior approval, in order not to contravene the police regulations. If suspicious behavior or illegal activities are witnessed, the police will be contacted. Quiet hours 10pm - 8:00am Self check-in with keypad The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival at the apartment. You must complete an online check-in form before your stay The lead guest must be present at the check-in. Keys and entry into the property will not be permitted otherwise. The local law requires every guest to present an ID card/passport upon their arrival to the apartment. The minimum age for check-in is 25 years. The local law requires every guest to submit an ID card/passport prior to their arrival to the apartment. The towels provided are for it's intended use only. Any towels deemed unusable after stay (stains of make-up or fake tan), charges will be deducted from the security deposit. In compliance with local laws, guests are required to upload a valid ID card or passport and a photograph when completing the online Check-in form. Baby cots; Mattresses are included, linens are not supplied for insurance reasons. Any garbage accumulated in the apartment and not disposed of during the stay, compensation will be deducted from the security deposit. A damage deposit will be collected by credit card. The deposit will be fully reimbursed a few days after check-out. Subject to an inspection of the property.
