Perfect for couples, families & friends. The space GENERAL The property is fully furnished and self contained and caters for up to 9 guests. It has a wonderful wood heater and a brand new DAIKIN reverse cycle air conditioner to ensure consistent temperature all year round. The configuration is 3 large size bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. For the little one's, there is a high chair, change table and portacot. The guesthouse has stunning views from the bedrooms, living areas and decks. Ideal for watching the fishing boats depart and return and of course the ever changing scenery from dawn to dusk. BEDROOMS All bedrooms have bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobes. Most importantly you will have your own bathroom. Beds do have electric blankets and quality, crisp white linen. LIVING AREAS The main living area has a wood fire and DAIKIN reverse cycle air conditioner, which heats/cools the whole house. It also has a very comfortable lounge suite with reclining leather chairs, a flatscreen TV, stereo, board games, modern tas oak dining table and a newly installed bar area to enjoy your dinner with a drink. The second living area has a comfortable black leather La-Z-Boy lounge, NETFLIX and a library of books and artworks to read/look at and enjoy. DECK The deck is large and secure with table and chairs so you can enjoy the stunning water views. Sit back in the swinging chair and gaze at the stars or look for the family of black swans or maybe if you are lucky enough a pod of dolphins. Watch the birds and the fishing boats /sailing boats depart and return. There are two BBQ areas - perfect for alfresco dining in the lovely morning or afternoon sun. KITCHEN The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove top, Breville Dual Boiler coffee machine, teapot, kettle, toaster, all pots/pans and utensils required for cooking. We will provide a basic pack for your arrival which will include tea, coffee, sugar, cloths and washing up liquid and garbage bags. You will need to bring along all other items. LAUNDRY There is a washing machine/dryer if required, and an iron with ironing board available for your use. BATHROOM Each bedroom has beautiful vanity sinks, modern showers with large overhead rain drop shower heads. Hair dryers are also provided. LINEN The property comes with beds already made with quality crisp white linen. Bath towels/sheets are also provided for your use. After each stay the apartment is professionally cleaned to Workplace TAS standards. HYGIENE Exceptionally clean throughout PARKING Plenty of free parking available for your stay. Up to 5 cars. YOUR SAFETY Additional safety features include smoke detectors, fire blanket, fire extinguisher and first aid kit. If there are any special requests or anything that you would like provided - please let us know when making your booking and we will do our best to cater for your needs. Guest access You are most welcome to check in at your leisure after 2pm, otherwise let me know your arrival time and I can meet you at the property. Interaction with guests I will be available if required, but i prefer to give my quests privacy.
