The 4 unique thematic bedrooms, the oak-made dining table and the elevated living room with the marvelous stone-carved fireplace makes this house the ideal destination for the tradition & luxury lovers. The space The Villa, able to host up to 8 guests is divided into 3 levels. In the ground floor (110 sqm) with the characteristic stone-made floor there is a fully furbished kitchen, a big and comfortable bathroom, the oak-made dining table and the imposing fireplace which is accompanied with a 50’’ TV and DVD player, a hi-fi stereo as well as lots of books and board games. An ideal meeting point for the whole family to spend their time and relax. The first floor (95sqm), consists of 4 bedrooms with a specific high-aesthetic style each ( contemporary, ethnic, traditional, modern). In this level with the wooden floor, besides the bedrooms, there is a large communal bathroom and a smaller one, part of the master bedroom. Every room has a balcony with a great view to the sea or mountain. In the basement (55sqm) there is a playroom for all ages, a TV with lots of DVDs as well as toys for the younger ones, a bedroom with a single bed, a treadmill, laundry area and a storage place for firewood, tools and the furniture used in the outside places. Due to the incline orientation of all the basement, there are balcony doors in every room which are at the same level with the garden and the pool. The high-aesthetic of the villa, the unforgettable view, the sound of the nature and the tranquility offered by the location make this villa an ideal destination all year-long. For the excursion lovers, this area is surrounded from the most important historic centers of the ancient as well as modern Greek history. Other things to note For the winter months the house is heated by oil, the outdoor pool is not in operation, and wood for the fireplace and bbq is also provided.
