Own 1 Bedroom Apartment with King Bed, Kitchen, Living Room, Own Thermostat, Queen Sleeper Sofa, Private Entrance, WiFi, Roku, Private kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee maker. No Smoking inside but Smoking permitted outside. Private Patio, Big Yard, Quiet and Peaceful. The space One bedroom Apartment on the First Floor. Someone lives on the second floor but everything is separate and private. Just remodeled after the Hurricanes. Guest access You'll have the entire 1 Bedroom Apartment all to Yourselves!!! Come and go as You Please! But please let me know if you will be checking in late because the Apartment is hard to find in the dark and I don't want you going to the wrong house. Other things to note Just remodeled after the Hurricanes...The bathroom and shower are small but I've never heard of anyone coming to Florida to hang out in the bathroom lol
