"Tamaris Playa" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (downtown area), facing south, and 80 meters from the beach. The open and common ground floor gives access to the pool and common garden areas. The apartments all have a large terrace, with limited views of the sea from the fourth floor. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for a practical and comfortable vacation. All equipped with a washing machine, microwave, TV and Wi-Fi service. This apartment located on the seventh floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), kitchen, gallery and living room with access to a large terrace with limited views of the sea, views of the common areas, pool and mountains. Capacity 6 people. Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public Wi-Fi service along the entire Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside the apartments). Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season. The slope of the entrance to the water on the shore is smooth, ideal for children and adults. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, newspapers, pharmacy, and many other services. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle in order to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and by the marsh. The latter is very popular with ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of pristine beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be done on beaches, inlets and rivers. Deposit of €150 for families, and €400 for groups of friends. Group of young people (under thirty years of age) not allowed. Pets not allowed. / Pets allowed on request, maximum weight 10 kg. Supplement €5/night (maximum weight 10kg). Our apartments are delivered clean and include bedding and towels. Includes biweekly linen change. We recommend that you bring a small kit with various cleaning/laundry products. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, don't forget to bring them! Key pick-up will take place at our offices, at C/ Tossal De L'ullastre Nº7 Playa De Xeraco, after 1:00 pm. Keys can be picked up outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having deposited the security deposit in advance. Check-out and vacating the accommodation will take place before 10:00 am. The keys may be left inside the accommodation upon request, or they will be returned to our offices. Prior to picking up the keys, you will deposit a security deposit of €150, which will be returned after checking the apartment, and if the company deems it appropriate, up to 48 hours after the eviction.
