With all necessary conveniences within walking distance, a car is not essential. The apartment is located on the first and second floors of a house facing the sea, has its own independent entrance and has been completely renovated in 2019 making extensive use of the latest techniques and accessories. From all rooms, guests will be able to enjoy the most spectacular views of the Mediterranean and the island of Cabrera in the distance. On the first floor there is a spacious and beautifully equipped living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, along with a magnificent terrace and a toilet. The terrace has an awning to provide shade when necessary, to enjoy long hours of relaxation while admiring the sea. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are 2 more bedrooms, both with private bathroom, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, respectively. The rooms have air conditioning (included in the rental price at fixed times between 14:00 to 16:00 and 20:00 to 08:00). With an excellent location, modern interiors and the largest swimming pool in the world just around the corner (yes, the Mediterranean Sea!) These will be the holidays of your life! The tourist tax is included in the rates. *We are not responsible for any construction work that may begin during your stay in the surrounding area Important information to keep in mind: In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office. On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management. The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.
