Quiet retreat ;The Nook @ Rowan Tree Cottage

The " Nook at Rowan Tree Cottage" is an internal flat within our garage. Very rural, surrounded by farm land & quiet but within 5 min drive to towns and 20 min drive to seaside & fabulous restaurants (CAR ESSENTIAL). We have hens in the garden & friendly cats but the flat is completely separate for privacy. Seating areas outside to enjoy the peaceful countryside & we are living onsite for any assistance if required. We have two older children so it is very quiet. No neighbours within 200 meters. The space Quiet retreat in the countryside. No traffic just fresh air! The space is divided into two rooms with the living area and kitchen in one and the double bed, single bed and extra dining space in the other. For the extra/4th guest we have a Jay-be foldaway bed which pulls out from below the single bed and can be placed either in the living area or main bedroom. Guest access The flat is completely separate from the main house with a seating area fenced off at the entrance door. There is also seating with dining table on the private patio outside the rear entrance to the apartment. Other things to note We live down a quiet lane but it is used by farm vehicles so be careful driving and mind your speed.
