With a surface area of 22 m², this studio can accommodate up to 4 travellers and is composed as follows: living room with pull-out bed, open kitchen, shower room with shower and separate WC. You will also appreciate its balcony from which you can admire the view of the mountain. The accommodation : - The living area has a chalet feel and is furnished with a pull-out bed (2 beds 80 x 190 cm), TV. The dining area includes a dining table for 4 guests. - The kitchenette has been refurbished and is fully equipped with a hob, microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. - Cabin" in the living room with a bunk bed (2 beds 90 cm x 190 cm) - Bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. Outside : - Balcony of 4 m² facing south and furnished with a table and 4 chairs, in order to enjoy a meal with a view on the valley. Full access to the property and its equipment. This charming studio is located in a quiet and secure residence, you will find all amenities in the immediate vicinity: mini-market, ski lifts, ESF ... - The car is the preferred means of transport. - Grenoble train station at 55.9 km - Buses and taxis are available at Grenoble station to get to Oz-en-Oisans. - Teleport between Oz-en-Oisans and the Village d'Allemond, allowing you to get there in less than 10 minutes. - Cleaning is to be done before departure. - Free Wifi available. - Sheets and towels not provided. - The accommodation is on the 1st floor with lift. - Ski and bike room available. - Only one small animal (15 kg maximum) accepted, to be informed imperatively, for a supplement of 15€/stay.
