The villa’s spacious, single-level terrace is designed for complete relaxation and enjoyment, with magnificent sea views and a high level of privacy. You'll find a sparkling private swimming pool surrounded by comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, a perfect spot to soak up the sun. The outdoor dining area, complete with a built-in barbecue, is ideal for al fresco meals, all set within a charming traditional-style garden. Private parking for two cars makes arrival and unloading a breeze. After a day of exploring and sunbathing, retreat to the cool comfort of the villa. The entire accommodation is located on the lower level, ensuring your stay is peaceful and private. From the terrace, a welcoming hall leads you to an open-plan kitchen and dining area. The comfortable living room, equipped with a TV and DVD player, is perfect for unwinding. You'll find two inviting bedrooms: one double bedroom with a private en-suite shower, and another double bedroom featuring an en-suite with both a bathtub and a shower. Both rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort, and a washing machine is available in the garage for your convenience. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal.
