Other things to note Important Stay Information & House Rules To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please review the rules below. Violations may result in additional charges or immediate eviction. Guest Registration Guest registration is required prior to check-in. For international guests, a passport number and a copy of the passport must be submitted. Luggage Storage We do not offer luggage storage. If there are no reservations on the previous day, early check-in may be possible upon request. Trash Disposal Please separate and dispose of garbage according to the instructions provided in the room. Towels & Laundry Only one set of towels is provided per person per night. A washing machine is available free of charge. Smoking Policy (Strictly Enforced) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room, building, and on the premises (including electronic cigarettes). If smoking or cigarette butts are discovered, a fine of ¥50,000 will be charged. Additional Notes Pajamas and seasonings are not provided. Guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to stay without an accompanying adult. House Manual Please check the in-room house manual after check-in for further instructions and details. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Check-out: By 10:00 AM (cleaning staff will enter after this time) Late check-out incurs a fee of ¥5,000 per 30 minutes. Noise Policy (Important) The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM. In case of noise complaints or reports, you may be asked to vacate immediately and a ¥20,000 fine will be charged. For Extended Stays No towel or linen replacements will be provided. No cleaning service is offered during your stay. Please contact us in advance if you would like trash collection. Other Rules (Subject to Fines) Excessive dirtiness or damage will incur additional cleaning or compensation fees. If more guests than reserved are found staying, ¥10,000 per extra guest per night will be charged. No pets allowed (guide dogs accepted with prior notice). Lost items can only be shipped collect on delivery (COD); a handling fee of ¥2,500 applies. Large items such as suitcases left behind will incur a ¥10,000 disposal fee. Early check-in and late check-out are not available. As per Fukuoka City ordinance, a lodging tax of ¥200 per person per night is required.
