Large Bedroom In Beautiful Cozy Home

Come stay in this custom built home located in rural Illinois. This home on a wooded lot, with a quiet stream, and lots of wildlife makes it wonderful for a weekend retreat. Within walking distance to Boggio's Orchard and with only a short 20 minute drive guests have access to incredible state parks, such as Starved Rock and Matthiessen, offering miles and miles of incredible hiking and trails. You will have your own private room with a queen-size bed. The space Guests will have their own private bedroom and (detached) bathroom. The bedroom has a queen sized bed, desk, closet with hangers, and a 44 inch Smart TV. Large bathroom with a skylight and a shower bathtub combo. There are two rooms that we rent in our home and the bathroom will be shared if the other room is rented by someone else. The bedroom and bathroom are both upstairs and the staircase is located right inside the front door so guests do not have to walk through the house to access their room. Guest access Guests will also have access to the kitchen and front sitting room with a fireplace. There is a large back deck where guests you relax and enjoy watching the wildlife that comes through the yard. There is also a sitting area set up in the yard near our stream where you can sit and relax. During your stay Interaction from hosts will be as much (or as little!) as desired by the guest! If seeking advice on the area - More than willing to offer advice, and be available at all times! Other things to note I have plenty of parking available and you will need to have a car since there is no public transportation available near us. My home is located in the Village of Granville along the boarder with the Village of Mark. The area is very safe and friendly with very quaint downtown areas. I have two house cats that spend most of their timeout side during the day and have their own separate area in the house.
