Gîte for 6 people maximum (child and baby included) of 100 m2, 2 floors: The accommodation not overlooked is located east of the house. Access is via a small staircase. There is a private fenced garden for pets with BBQ, large table and garden furniture. Access to the large garden for swing. The cottage is located in the heart of the Jura lakes region, 200 m from the port of La Saisse where the river of Ain flows into Lake Vouglans. House of the old forges of the 1900s The space On the ground floor the kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, kettle, filter coffee machine and Senseo, toaster, microwave oven, full cooking utensils, raclette/fondue machine, large dining table. The living room has a large sofa, flat-screen TV, Bluetooth speaker, books, toys, board games. Bathroom with shower, towel dryer, hair dryer. Separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, one 140 x 190 cm and one 160 x 200 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, and a second bathroom with bathtub, heated towel rail, separate toilet. Private fenced garden with barbecue, large table, parasol and garden furniture. Baby equipment: folding crib with mattress, high chair. Dryer available on request. Free parking, Wi-Fi, clothesline, ironing board and iron. Electric heating: electricity is your responsibility. Meter reading on arrival and payment on departure.
