The space • The apartment is very spacious and bright, it is very well distributed and has been recently furnished and decorated. It has a fantastic east-west orientation, with high quality finishes. It consists of a large living room with access to a beautiful terrace; a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom; another bedroom with 2 beds; a second full bathroom; and fully equipped kitchen connected to laundry area-clothesline. For additional information, see the section "Other things to note". • It has a privileged location, just 400 m from the best beach in Marbella, the Dunes of Cabopino, a magnificently preserved pine and dune area. The beaches are sandy, quiet and are located in a natural setting with no buildings around. The access from the house is through a pedestrian path and a wooden walkway (5 minutes on foot). The boardwalk extends along the entire dune in a pleasant walk by the sea, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sunset, and ends at the Port of Cabopino with its small marina, where there are numerous beach bars, restaurants and terraces. • In the surroundings there are other nearby beaches with direct access by car and numerous restaurants in which to enjoy pleasant and atmospheric meals or dinners by the sea. • Is in a great location, halfway between the cities of Marbella (12 km) and Fuengirola (17 km), in an area of the Costa del Sol with a privileged microclimate, with mild temperatures in winter and summer.
