Newly renovated, quiet location. The space Newly renovated, quiet location. Our valued guests. Our vacation home has three floors. The entrance to the house is on the first floor. On this floor is also the kitchen, the kitchen has an induction stove with two plates, a microwave with grill function, a kettle, a coffee machine, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a toaster. The kitchen also has the necessary utensils. The same floor also has the living room where you can sit and eat comfortably with your whole group, as well as a combined toilet and shower. Further on the second upper floor, which you can reach via a staircase, there are two bedrooms, each bedroom has two single beds, TV and air conditioning. Each bedroom also has a separate exit to the terrace. If you smoke, you can smoke either on the terrace or at the front door. There are ashtrays everywhere. Please note that smoking inside the house is not allowed. We also have a lower floor. On the lower floor, which is also accessible by stairs, there is a third bedroom with two separate beds, which also has an additional shower and toilet. There is also a table for working on the computer, where you can sit and work quietly and comfortably. Please note that the lower floor has low ceilings, there are no windows in the bedroom, only the shower room has a window. You can easily ventilate the room when you open the window in the shower room. The advantage of this room is that it is cool there in the summer. If you don't worry about the lack of windows, then this is the bedroom for you. Next to the cottage there is a parking lot for a small car, there is also the possibility to charge your electric car. The price for charging the car is not included in the price. Guest access Dear guests, Shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Rewe, DM are a 10-minute walk from the vacation home. Also near the house are 2 Turkish shops, one of which is SILO MARKET. The Burgerhaus is a 5-minute walk from the cottage. The city center is a 20-minute walk away. Bus and tram stops are also 5 minutes from the cottage. Our stop is called Industrieplatz.
