The Cottage de la Mothe in the heart of the Périgord Noir, in a wooded park of half a hectare, is an old Périgord stone farmhouse over two centuries old. The building has recently undergone a complete restoration (both interior and exterior) in keeping with local tradition. The Dordogne vacation rental can accommodate up to 8 people and is classified 4 stars, with a 10x5 m private saltwater pool shared with another vacation rental for 5 people and the owners, as well as a jacuzzi. The space The 133 m² Dordogne gîte consists of: A living room with a dining area, a living room with TV. A fully equipped oak kitchen with fridge freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine, classic oven, microwave, water softener, steam cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, ironing board and iron, complete cookware and white porcelain tableware. It is composed of 4 bedrooms • Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed of 160 cm and 1 wooden crib with bars • bedroom 2 with 1 double bed of 160 cm • Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed of 160 cm • bedroom 4 with 1 double bed of 160 cm All equipped with bathroom with shower or bathtub, sink and toilet, 4 hairdryers. Duvets, 4 pillows per double bed (and 2 per single bed) are provided. A high chair is available upon request at no extra charge. You can work remotely. Medium-sized pets are allowed for a fee and with our prior agreement. Additional tourist tax: 0.88 euros per night per person. Free for under 18 years.
