On the ground floor you’ll find a large, open plan space to the rear which accommodates the kitchen, dining room and two living areas. High spec and fully equipped, the kitchen comes complete with a SMEG range cooker, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and all the crockery and cutlery you're likely to need. To the side, a large dining table seats eight. Beside this is a cosy TV area with a comfy corner sofa by the fire and a large multi-channel TV. At the back of the living area are two large sofas with French doors on three sides that open onto the large private garden. The spacious ground floor family bedroom has a king size double bed together with adult size bunk beds, triple wardrobes, a large chest of drawers and a smart TV. Completing the ground floor is a luxury family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and "mains" shower over the bath. Upstairs are two further bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king size double bed, double wardrobes, a chest of drawers, smart TV and a spacious en-suite. Next door is a large twin bedroom with built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, smart TV and sofa. The rear walled garden is fully enclosed and includes a large lawned area at the back.
