Pleasant escape, walk to the lake❤️

Welcome to my comfortable and open escape from the city. You can easily walk to the lake in seconds. I even have a cart for easy hauling :) Nice lake view from balcony. Plenty of room for extra air mattresses if needed. I have two cots available as well. The space You will love this oasis! Enter in to a gated community with 24 hour security for piece of mind. Hang out in the house or walk down to the lake in seconds. You can sit by the water, fish or jump in! In the house you'll find huge windows let lots of natural light in. Open concept upstairs allows for great entertaining and easy communication. Big living room and master bedroom TV's, alexa, basic cable, Netflix, Hulu and much more on apple tv. In the kitchen the double oven is great for cooking multiple dishes at once plus there's a gas grill on the patio. Patio also has lights and fans for a very relaxing hang out spot. There are three FULL bathrooms. One in the master, another downstairs and one upstairs. No need to fight there is plenty of hot water! Sleep on the BEST super comfortable mattresses with clean sheets washed before every stay. In the yard you can play corn hole or roast some marshmallows for smores on the fire pit. I do have 2 security cameras one captures the front door the other is in the living room. These cameras are for security purposes only which means I only review notifications if no one is supposed to be in the house. The rest of the time I have it in home mode (private). (feel free to ask any questions you may have on this) Guest access In order to get in to the community you must know my address and be on the security list for that given day. I will need names for anyone who is driving in at any point of the stay. You will have access to my house, the lake and the country club gym if you want but the country club pool requires membership cards. There is also a boat doc in the community :) Other things to note Nice view of the lake from the upstairs patio. Parking is right in front of the house.
