Quiet 1100sq.ft. Ski in/out, 5min walk to village

Ski in/ski out, or walk to the pedestrian village, Cabriolet, and gondola in 5 minutes. Spacious 1100 sq. ft. two bedroom, two bathroom, ground floor condo, with FREE PARKING & WIFI, in a very quiet building with several year-round residents. The rustic style, wood fireplace and hardwood floors provide a warm, relaxing atmosphere for your stay. Look out the patio doors and you'll think yourself in a forest retreat. Deer are regular visitors in the Fall. The space Our ground-floor winter refuge (and sometimes summer) is a spacious (1100 sq. ft.) open concept design with a rustic decor, fire place, a few antiques, and hardwood and tile floors. All units have a private entrance, and it is a quiet building in a quiet neighborhood, but only a short walk to the pedestrian village and the gondola (0.5 km) or the cabriolet (0.4 km). When the trail is open (conditions permitting), you can ski to the condo (intermediate/blue run), or down to the cabriolet, or just walk the 5 minutes (really), up or down. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality dishes, pots and pans, cutlery, etc. and even a slow cooker - throw in your stew/chili/soup in the morning and arrive to a hot meal at the end of the day. Or bring steaks and barbecue ( it's a Broil King that grills great). For the coffee lover, there is Keurig, French press, and drip. Don't forget to bring your coffee. And if you're taking a break from the slopes, there are cards and games for adults and kids alike. The sofa-bed - yes, it's a sofa bed, and I still prefer sleeping on the ground than a sofa bed. But this one is new (2018) and we've added a memory foam for added comfort. Or you could put the mattress on the floor, there's plenty of space. Guest access The entire condo is yours to enjoy, including lending library and two-person Jacuzzi bathtub. Key-code lock means no keys to carry. If you will be arriving early or leaving late, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate you. It's not always possible, but it has worked out on numerous occasions. Just ask. Other things to note After you arrive, you can park your car (free) for the entire stay. We rarely drive when we're there. The Magasin Générale in the pedestrian village has a bit of everything, including beer, wine, coffee, and logs for the fireplace. A better selection and quality of wine, beer, and alcohol are at SAQ, also in the Pedestrian Village. There is also a great selection of restaurants and stores there, but if you want more, there's plenty a five-minute drive in old Tremblant village and Saint Jovite, including full grocery stores (their fresh bread is amazing).
